The breakfast included many options, and I especially liked the fresh pastries. Our room had a large, comfortable bed. The waterfall shower in the bathroom was a highlight (I felt so relaxed!). The bar served excellent cocktails.

The minibar wasn't restocked daily.

The bedding was really comfortable. It was difficult to get out of. the swimming pool was really nice. I wished i went more. the staff let us leave our luggage for the day before we took the train.

The floor of our room had not been properly vacuumed. I dropped my pillow on the floor. i found several hairs there plus fluff balls. there was no fresh water available in the wellness centre or the fitness room. empty cups and two plastic bottles were strewn across the floor of the sauna. I found them again this morning.

the breakfast buffet had many choices. a la carte eggs were available, which i appreciated. the fitness suite was modern.. i found the location good, not too far from the main sites. the air conditioning in the room worked well, needed.

the room was very warm. it was difficult to get fresh air since the window only opened a small amount. the bed felt very soft and not supportive. the pillows were very large and thick.

the BREAKFAST offered a huge variety , satisfying everyone. Staff members were friendly and polite. Valet parking worked efficiently.

the AIR-CONDITIONING in the room was terrible , only blowing air. The mini fridge was not cooling at all. The sink in the toilet drained very slowly.
